Search no longer pads results with songs that merely look like the words you typed — searching “faizal tahir” stopped returning unrelated songs credited to other people, and “cindai” no longer suggests “Badai Cinta” ahead of the real thing.

Short and common words match far better: “ella” now finds Ella instead of “Isabella” and “Stracciatella”, because words that start a name now outrank words buried inside one. Typing an artist's words in any order works too.

Honorifics are now optional. “Datuk Siti Nurhaliza” finds her whether or not the title on file matches what you typed.

Misspellings in multi-word searches are forgiven — “shela majid”, “faizel tahir” and “sudiman” now find who you meant.
